Kansas Net Revenue Management Director

Job Summary

Leading Net Revenue Management initiatives across multiple Kansas hospitals, the full-time salaried Kansas Net Revenue Management Director will manage local staff, oversee AR valuation and net revenue projections, and partner with third-party revenue cycle vendors in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct Net Revenue Management priorities and maintain communication with regional site leadership
• Manage AR valuation and net revenue projections using standardized Revenue Cycle Analytics methods
• Oversee the Medicare cost report lifecycle, including preparation, filing, and audits

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience and 2 years in leadership
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Kodiak RCA and Medicare cost reports
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing staff within a Net Revenue Management environment
