Job Summary
To ensure the accuracy and integrity of auditing processes, the full-time Kansas Operations Auditor will perform audits on systems entries, manage data review processes, and compile findings to recommend improvements, all while working remotely within Kansas.
Key responsibilities
- Audit accuracy of new group setups, existing contract changes, and group terminations
- Design and implement data review processes to meet regulatory and operational requirements
- Compile audit findings and report to management, recommending modifications to operations and systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of auditing or process improvement experience, preferably in a managed care setting
- Knowledge of state contract and accreditation requirements
- Experience with auditing case files and recommending process improvements
- Familiarity with LTSS, Home- and Community-Based Services, or managed care audit activities is preferred
