Supporting the Kansas Medicaid provider community, the remote Kansas Provider Enrollment Clerk will manage phone inquiries, assist with enrollment requirements, and ensure timely processing of applications while delivering high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handling phone calls and emails from KMAP providers regarding enrollment topics
• Managing multiple tasks and adhering to strict timelines with minimal supervision
• Recognizing and escalating issues reported by callers while following up on outstanding issues
