Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Executives in a hybrid role, the Kansas Sales Manager will coach, develop, and drive performance in consultative selling to local businesses while managing territory-based sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on full-cycle, consultative selling
- Drive execution of sales behaviors including prospecting, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support sellers in closing new and expanded business
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in leading or mentoring sales professionals
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on consultative selling
- Proven ability to coach sales skills including prospecting and closing
- Experience with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across teams
