Job Summary
To ensure a successful transition during the Kentucky ADMS Go-Live, two experienced contractors will support operational readiness and defect management in a remote, contract role, focusing on knowledge transfer, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Manage knowledge transfer and documentation processes, including operational runbooks and incident playbooks
- Oversee defect management and vendor coordination, ensuring timely resolution and understanding of root causes
- Conduct operational readiness assessments and gap analyses to prepare for Day 1 and steady-state operations
Required qualifications
- Experience with GE ADMS product and OMS/ADMS domain
- Proven ability to operate ADMS independently post go-live
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to prepare accurate SOPs
- Expertise in managing the defect lifecycle effectively
- Clear understanding of differences between Pennsylvania and Kentucky ADMS implementations
