Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of call center customer service experience in healthcare
• Basic proficiency in Word and Excel, with a minimum score of 80% on a computer literacy assessment
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 95% accuracy
