Kentucky Care Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Engagement Specialist to support health needs screenings and educate members on benefits and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound or receive inbound calls to schedule appointments and assist members with health screenings
• Educate members on available benefits and recommend preferred providers to enhance their care experience
• Identify barriers to care and participate in quality improvement initiatives to meet departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience in a call center or similar environment, or a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field with 1+ year of relevant experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Experience in member, provider, or customer service roles
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
• Must reside in the state of Kentucky to be considered for this role
