Kentucky Care Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Engagement Specialist responsible for supporting health needs screenings and educating members on plan benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound or receive inbound calls to schedule appointments and assist members with health screenings and payments
• Educate members on available benefits and the appropriate use of Emergency Departments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and analyze data to enhance call approaches

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience in a call center or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of sales experience
• Experience in member, provider, customer service, or call center roles
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Must reside in Kentucky and be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
