Kentucky Care Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Engagement Specialist to support health needs screenings and educate members on plan benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound or receive inbound calls to schedule appointments and assist members with health screenings
• Educate members on available benefits and recommend preferred providers
• Identify barriers to care and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience in a call center or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in member, provider, customer service, or call center roles
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
• Must reside within the state of Kentucky
