Kentucky Care Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support healthcare engagement initiatives, the full-time Kentucky Care Engagement Specialist will manage member outreach, schedule appointments, and educate members on benefits while working remotely from Kentucky.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to schedule doctor appointments and assist members with health needs screenings
• Educate members on available benefits and recommend preferred providers to enhance their healthcare experience
• Identify barriers to care and implement strategies to help members complete necessary screenings and secure enhanced benefits

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience in a call center or high-pressure sales environment, or a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field with 1+ years of relevant experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Experience in member, provider, customer service, or call center roles
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with healthcare services and benefits
