Answering various call types to assist Kentucky residents with health benefits, the full-time Kentucky Customer Experience Associate will provide customer support for programs like SNAP and Medicaid while managing multiple systems and ensuring a high level of service in a remote call center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle back-to-back calls related to health benefits, including password resets and application status updates
  • Input and interpret data accurately while adhering to established procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction during challenging interactions with callers
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume call centers
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable internet access and a quiet work environment
  • Must reside in the state of Kentucky
