Job Summary
Answering various call types to assist Kentucky residents with health benefits, the full-time Kentucky Customer Experience Associate will provide customer support for programs like SNAP and Medicaid while managing multiple systems and ensuring a high level of service in a remote call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle back-to-back calls related to health benefits, including password resets and application status updates
- Input and interpret data accurately while adhering to established procedures and guidelines
- Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction during challenging interactions with callers
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume call centers
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable internet access and a quiet work environment
- Must reside in the state of Kentucky
