Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer support, the remote Kentucky Customer Service Representative will manage high-volume inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure efficient order processing while working full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support tickets and manage high-volume phone calls regarding existing orders
- Address emails and internal queries related to orders, payments, and process server coordination
- Document issues in Confluence and perform additional job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems
- Experience with document manipulation and ability to transcribe information accurately
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Ability to maintain high work quality in stressful situations and implement process improvements
