Job Summary

Managing multiple accounting functions remotely, the full-time salaried Kentucky Licensed Accounting Manager will oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and tax accounting while ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement accounting policies and procedures in accordance with governmental regulations
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes and reporting
• Develop and direct accounting professionals and support staff to optimize processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentials may be required
• 5 years of experience in accounting, with 1-3 years in a supervisory role preferred
• Extensive knowledge of accounting functions and departmental processes
