Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations for patients seeking SUD treatment
• Facilitate initial treatment planning through patient collaboration on prioritizing problems, goals, and interventions
• Ensure admission tasks, documentation, and consultations are completed as required during the day of service

Required Qualifications

• Active independent licensure in the state of Kentucky (LPC, LCSW)
• Team oriented with clinical assessment skills and a collaborative treatment approach
• Excellent computer skills and comfort with technology
• 2 Year Substance Abuse/Addiction and/or Mental Health experience preferred
• Active independent licensure in the state of West Virginia or Ohio is a plus
