Kentucky Licensed ASE Service Advisor
Job Summary
A company is looking for an ASE Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide automotive maintenance and repair guidance to Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors
- Review and ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations
- Analyze clients' business needs and repair orders to create solutions and gain approval for proposed procedures
Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must live in Louisville, KY or surrounding counties
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
