Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and approve bankruptcy pleadings
Manage bankruptcy cases including Proofs of Claim, Motions for Relief, and Adversary Proceedings
Participate in mediations, depositions, and hearings while providing regular case updates

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Licensed and in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar
2-5 years of bankruptcy law experience
Strong case management and organizational skills
Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and meet deadlines
