Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely advice on repair orders from external partners via phone and email
• Ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturer recommendations
• Analyze clients' business needs and repair orders to create solutions and gain approval

Required Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must live in Louisville, KY or surrounding counties
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
