Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Behavior Analyst will provide case management for children on the autism spectrum, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a team of clinicians in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage casework for children aged 2-18 on the autism spectrum
- Collect and analyze data using Central Reach while meeting billable hour requirements
- Conduct parent training and mentor a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Kentucky State LBA license
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for client success
