Kentucky Licensed Behavior Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Behavior Analyst will provide case management for children on the autism spectrum, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a team of clinicians in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage casework for children aged 2-18 on the autism spectrum
• Collect and analyze data using Central Reach while meeting billable hour requirements
• Conduct parent training and mentor a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs

Required qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Kentucky State LBA license
• Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for client success
