Job Summary
Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum, the part-time Kentucky Licensed Behavior Analyst will conduct assessments, collaborate with clinicians, and mentor a team while enjoying a hybrid-remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage case loads for children aged 2-18, ensuring effective ABA therapy delivery
- Utilize Central Reach for data collection and maintain billable hour requirements
- Conduct parent training and collaborate with a team of clinicians and clinical directors
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics in practice
- Demonstrated passion for client success
- Proven leadership skills in a clinical setting
