Job Summary
Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum, the part-time Kentucky Licensed Behavior Analyst will conduct assessments, train parents, and collaborate with a team of clinicians in a hybrid-remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage cases for children aged 2-18 with autism, ensuring effective therapy delivery
- Collect and analyze data using Central Reach to track client progress
- Provide mentorship and support to a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics in practice
- Demonstrated passion for client success
- Proven leadership skills in a clinical setting
