Job Summary

To support a vital mission in behavioral health, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Behavioral Health RN will remotely manage patient admissions and transfers, ensuring timely placements and compliance with healthcare standards while collaborating with various healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers from hospitals and clinics
• Collaborate with intake teams and healthcare providers to facilitate timely and appropriate placements
• Monitor patient flow and track delays to improve access processes for better outcomes

Required qualifications

• Active Compact LPN License
• 3+ years of clinical experience in Behavioral Health or Emergency Department/Critical Care
• High-speed internet access (minimum: 50 Mbps upload / 100 Mbps download)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, EMTALA, and compliance policies
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
