Job Summary

A company is looking for a Represented/Litigation Bodily Adjuster (KY, MS, TN) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves complex compliance issues, making recommendations for escalation
• Negotiates and settles claims in accordance with best practices and evaluates medical reports for settlement preparation
• Acts as the primary contact for policyholder attorneys and coordinates the appraisal process for complex claims

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 2 or more years of casualty experience
• Prior represented and litigation experience (preferred)
• Designated Home State License: Texas or Florida; KY License preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
