Job Summary

A company is looking for a Represented/Litigation Bodily Adjuster (KY, MS, TN) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves complex represented claims, including UM/UIM and specialized claims
• Acts as the primary contact for policyholder attorneys, negotiating and settling disputes
• Reviews medical reports and coordinates the appraisal process for complex claims

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 2 or more years of casualty experience
• Prior represented and litigation experience (preferred)
• Designated Home State License: Texas or Florida; KY License preferred
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
