Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements with all parties involved

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in handling complex/severe claims
• Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities efficiently
• Strong investigative skills for reviewing damage and interpreting policies
• Familiarity with customer service best practices in claims handling
• Knowledge of legal processes related to bodily injury claims
