Kentucky Licensed Branch Specialist

Job Summary

Greeting members both by phone and in person, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Branch Specialist will provide customer service, process DMV transactions, and assist with travel-related services while working onsite in Louisville, KY.

Key responsibilities

• Provides DMV registration services and processes transactions according to state regulations
• Assists members with travel arrangements, including hotel and car reservations, and prepares travel materials
• Promotes and sells AAA memberships, processes payments, and identifies cross-sell opportunities based on member needs

Required qualifications

• High School GED required
• 1-3 years of experience as a Branch Specialist or in a related role
• Basic computer literacy and data input skills
• Prior experience using State DMV licensing systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid notary license as required
