Kentucky Licensed Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Rural Health Transformation Plan, the full-time contract Kentucky Licensed Business Analyst will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analyses, and participate in system testing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and finalize business requirements by analyzing existing processes and suggesting improvements
• Create gap analysis studies and participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions for new systems
• Draft test plans and monitor project status, including Risks, Action Items, and Decisions (RAID)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale IT systems
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodology and experience defining business problems
• Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload with minimal direction
• Proficient relationship management and facilitation skills
