Kentucky Licensed Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Rural Health Transformation Plan, the full-time contract Kentucky Licensed Business Analyst will collaborate with project teams to gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and participate in system testing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and finalize business requirements with project teams and system vendors
• Create gap analysis studies and ensure identified gaps are addressed
• Draft test plans and scenarios, and participate in system testing for the RHT project

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst position
• Prior experience in providing business analysis on large-scale IT systems
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodology
• Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload
