Seeking a Kentucky Licensed Call Center Agent, the fully remote Communication Specialist will engage with donors on behalf of various non-profit clients, making outbound calls and securing financial contributions while maintaining productivity metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with donors using approved scripts to secure financial gifts
• Handle 16-24 completed calls per hour while maintaining minimum fundraising metrics
• Participate in comprehensive training and collaborate with assigned teams for various clients

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record
• Access to a dedicated wired internet connection
