Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Care Management (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees care management teams and ensures compliance with regulations and contractual agreements
• Develops strategies for quality improvement and cost savings in healthcare outcomes
• Manages training and onboarding processes for care management team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of related experience, including prior management experience
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure preferred
• Licensed Professional Counselor, Master of Social Work, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred
