Kentucky Licensed Care Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the care management team and oversees care management delivery for members
• Monitors compliance with federal and state regulations and assigns caseloads based on team experience and member needs
• Evaluates team performance, provides coaching, and assists with onboarding and training of new team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of related experience in care management
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST
