Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance-related activities for the business unit, including the development and monitoring of the Annual Operating Plan
• Conduct financial analysis, identify month-end financial drivers, and forecast headcount planning for compliance with state requirements
• Lead medical cost improvement initiatives and perform financial impact analysis for new contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• 10+ years in a high-level finance role within the healthcare or insurance industry
• Master's degree preferred
• CPA preferred
• Preferred experience in Medicaid
