Key Responsibilities

• Manage medical and indemnity benefits for injury and occupational disease claims
• Evaluate claims and develop action plans to reach cost-effective conclusions
• Conduct interviews and gather facts to determine claim outcomes using established guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling lost time Workers' Compensation claims in Kentucky, Nebraska, and Indiana
• Experience in insurance, claims investigation, legal, rehabilitation, or medical claims processing
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Outlook is preferred
