Key Responsibilities

• Manage medical and indemnity benefits for injury and occupational disease claims
• Evaluate claims and establish action plans to ensure cost-effective resolutions
• Conduct interviews, gather facts, and determine eligibility for benefits based on established guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling lost time Workers' Compensation claims in Kentucky, Nebraska, and Indiana
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Experience in insurance, claims investigation, legal, rehabilitation, or medical claims processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook is preferred
