Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Manager (Real Estate).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client support and maintain accurate client information
• Manage account files and ensure accuracy of account information for policies and billing
• Leverage technical knowledge to facilitate timely carrier quotes and assist with inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years of experience
• Property and Casualty License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Appropriate licensing as required
• Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships preferred
