Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the fully remote Kentucky Licensed Client Service Manager will provide personalized service to clients regarding their insurance needs, manage client and policy data, and collaborate with the team to secure business and drive additional service sales.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with inquiries about policies, endorsements, and claims to ensure they feel supported
- Maintain accurate client and policy data using technology to streamline processes and enhance service quality
- Collaborate with team members to secure existing business and promote additional services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or High School degree/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Active Producer's license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in using technology to maximize productivity and quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Practical experience in client-facing customer service (preferred)
