Job Summary
Assisting in the development and maintenance of clinical application systems, the full-time Intermediate Clinical Application Systems Analyst Epic will support existing clinical information technology systems and serve as a liaison between vendors and internal users in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain application systems while following control processes for changes and enhancements
- Perform routine maintenance, problem management, and troubleshooting for clinical information technology systems
- Analyze system needs, investigate solutions, and present recommendations to senior analysts and management
Required qualifications
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience
- Epic certification must be obtained within 12 weeks of start date
- Working understanding of industry requirements and technology solutions in the clinical environment
- Competence in all phases of application systems analysis, programming, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
