Job Summary

Seeking a Kentucky Licensed Collaborating Psychiatrist (MD or DO) for a part-time remote opportunity to supervise psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, providing clinical guidance, chart reviews, and independent prescribing decisions within a supportive telehealth framework.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMHNPs to treat low- and medium-acuity psychiatry patients using evidence-based approaches
• Conduct chart reviews and provide timely guidance on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication management
• Mentor clinicians and reinforce clinical standards, documentation expectations, and responsible-prescribing protocols

Required qualifications

• An active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
• Experience providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care
• Availability during agreed working hours and at the end of PMHNP shifts as required by state rules
