Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Compliance who must reside in Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and compliance expertise to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
  • Lead and facilitate external CMS audits and oversee state Department of Insurance audits
  • Promote a culture of compliance and manage day-to-day operations of the Compliance program
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of Compliance Program Management or related healthcare/legal experience
  • Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring and training staff
  • Detailed knowledge of federal and state statutes and regulations governing health insurance
  • Strong understanding of health maintenance organization plans and operational processes
