Job Summary
Providing support for health insurance inquiries, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Customer Service Advisor will handle customer questions regarding benefits, eligibility, and payments in a structured remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Research and resolve customer inquiries related to health insurance benefits and payments
- Document interactions accurately in the tracking system and provide timely updates to customers
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers via phone and email
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a relevant field
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work within assigned operating hours, including possible weekends
