Job Summary
Providing customer support in a structured contact center environment, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Customer Service Advisor will handle health insurance inquiries via phone and email, focusing on benefits, eligibility, and payments while working remotely from home.
Key responsibilities
- Research and address questions regarding benefits, eligibility, payments, and quality-of-care concerns
- Document each interaction accurately in the tracking system and provide timely solutions through various communication channels
- Explain policies, procedures, and benefit details while routing or escalating inquiries as necessary
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience in call center, retail, or similar roles
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Availability to work within specified operating hours, including possible weekends
- Basic computer skills and typing speed of 30+ words per minute
