Job Summary
Providing essential support to Kentucky residents, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Customer Service Representative will assist with health benefits inquiries, including SNAP and Medicaid, while working remotely and managing a high volume of calls.
Key responsibilities
- Handle multiple call types related to health benefits, including application status and password resets
- Input and interpret data across various systems while maintaining professionalism during calls
- Adhere to a structured break and lunch schedule while meeting performance goals for call handling and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume call center
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable internet access and a quiet work environment
- Must reside in the state of Kentucky
