Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency and support revenue integrity, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Epic Cadence Analyst will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of the Prelude and Cadence application within the Epic EHR system, collaborating with various departments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze current business workflows and design system-based improvements to reduce claim denials
  • Develop and execute testing plans for system upgrades and enhancements
  • Collaborate with Patient Access and revenue cycle teams to align system functionality with business requirements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of four years of relevant Patient Access or revenue cycle experience
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare information technology or Patient Access
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Epic EHR functionality, particularly Prelude and Cadence modules
  • Preferred: Epic certification in both Prelude and Cadence, or must obtain within 90 days of employment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
