Job Summary
Acting as the primary support contact for end users, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Epic Cadence Analyst will manage application integration and workflow design in a remote setting, ensuring alignment between IT and operational processes while troubleshooting issues and guiding system configuration.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between end users and Epic implementation staff, facilitating workflow design and system testing
- Identify and resolve application issues, collaborating with Epic representatives and organizational stakeholders
- Participate in project coordination, maintaining communication on deliverables, budget, and milestones with leadership and team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience, or two years of direct experience in lieu of a degree
- Appropriate certification or licensure required
- Progressive experience with online information systems, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of operational practices related to scheduling and payer authorization
- Knowledge of integration areas with Cadence, such as check-in, registration, and referrals
