Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director to lead advocacy and educational initiatives in guardianship.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate governance by scheduling and attending meetings of the Board of Trustees and Subcommittees
• Develop and facilitate educational and training programs on guardianship best practices
• Plan and organize the Annual Conference for State and Private Guardians

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a nonprofit or similar organization
• Strong understanding of guardianship laws and practices
• Experience in financial management, including audits and annual reports
• Bachelor's degree and experience with professional or state guardianship
