Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Consultant III.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate members' care needs and recommend approaches to maintain optimal health
• Coordinate wellness care plan activities and monitor member care needs
• Utilize case management processes in compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or human services field
• Minimum 6 months experience in Foster Care and juvenile justice systems or related services
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health, social services, or counseling
• Minimum 1 year of experience with MS Office Suite applications
• Candidate must reside in the State of Kentucky
