Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Healthcare Representative - Statewide in Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with healthcare inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
• Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound campaigns to inform customers about relevant changes
• Provide support in locating primary care physicians within the customer's network

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
• Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
• Must reside in the state of Kentucky
