Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours triage support for hospice and home health clients
• Access electronic medical records and utilize internal applications for documentation
• Complete necessary charting and prep time before and after shifts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is required
• Must have experience in fast-paced environments such as ED or critical care
• Comfortable with multiple technology applications for documentation
• Must complete three weeks of remote paid training
