Job Summary

Kentucky Licensed Insurance Account Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for servicing client accounts, managing renewals, and collaborating with team members to prepare presentations and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and insurance carriers
  • Prepare requests for proposals and draft renewal presentations
  • Manage client files and respond to billing inquiries with assistance from the Accounting Department
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree required; BA/BS preferred
  • Over 3 years of client service or relevant industry experience
  • P&C Insurance License required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
