Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Inside Sales Advisor responsible for broking new and renewal business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate broking around the renewal cycle and ensure service model standards are met
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and drive outcomes that support revenue development and client retention
• Prepare proposals and support team members with submissions and client queries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three to five years of insurance experience
• P&C License required
• Advanced industry designation(s) (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM) a plus
• Experience with Epic (agency management system) is a plus
