Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Inside Sales Advisor in the Central Region for a hybrid or remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate broking activities for new and renewal business, ensuring client needs are met and service standards achieved
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and develop go-to-market strategies for broking engagements
• Prepare proposals, respond to client queries, and maintain accurate client and policy information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three to five years of insurance experience
• P&C License required
• Advanced industry designations (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM) are a plus
• Experience with Epic (agency management system) is a plus
